- Important should be laid on the client’s time and it should be taken into consideration to be fast in performing and providing answer to the clients.
- Suggestions and criticisms of the clients should be respected and their complaints and problems should be attended.
- To be equipped to the last practical and scientific information, in the scope of specification, and whit hold expression opinion on what we have no information.
- Have definite times for being present at work, so that the client could visit us at those specific times.
- Not let the phone rings for long time and answer the phone while expressing name of the related unit. For example, this is customer’s affairs.
- Observe discipline in the office and keep it decorous and organized.
- Provide appropriate facilities and space so that the client can relax.
- To guide the client in it’s appropriate occasion.
