-  Residential water and waste water service line

Residential water and waste water service line is considered to be normal usage of drinking and sanitary water or waste water discharge in a residential unit. A residence in city limits should at least have one room, one kitchen and one bathroom, the entrance of such place should be independent or connected to a common hallway and it should also have self-contained plumbing system.

-  Joint use water and waste water service line

These services are for shared use in residential apartment complexes or for residential and industrial parks, and are given beside the other service lines.

-  Public use water and waste water service line

These services are considered to be for non-profit public service use.

-  Productive water and waste water service line

These services are considered for construction and operation of industries, factories, exploitation of mines, agricultural industry and other related producing businesses, shops and small industries. In these services after collection and discharge of waste water and after pre-treatment and reaching of the quality within company standards, are to be added to the city waste water system.

-  Commercial water and waste water service line

These services are considered for places with business intentions. And any other use which does not fit in any of these descriptions is considered to be commercial use.

-  Free water and waste water service line

These services are especially for those customers who don't wish to pay the general costs of providing service line.
